Grant Application

You can apply for The Illum Davis Foundation Grant either by filling in the contact form below or filling out the PDF Application Form and either emailing it to illum@illumdavisfoundation.org, if you can not fill in the online form or email the pdf version you can post it to The Illum Davis Charitable Foundation Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons St. Peter Port, GY1 1AR, Guernsey, though this application process will take longer.

Grant Reporting

Once a grant is awarded, we will ask the awardee to provide a simple report on its progress and outcomes so that we can share your story. A grant Reporting Form can be accessed on the right.

Repeat funding requests can be submitted following a successful application and reporting of successful appeal outcome. Please read our Funding Policy, which can be downloaded below.

Further Grant Information

The Foundation is happy to support requests for core funding as well as project-based grants and actively
encourages applications from relatvely new organisations to help them become established.

We generally offer grants from anywhere between £5,000-£10,000, though trustees will consider requests for
higher amounts.

The trust prefers to support charities whose income is below £500,000. However, larger charities with pioneering
pilot projects will be considered.

Exclusions:

  • General appeals to directly promote political agendas
  • General appeals to directly promote religious agendas

The trustees take a close interest in the progress of the projects they support, and projects shortlisted for grants
will be processed as quickly as possible by the Foundation’s grants administrator.
